March Wrap Up

March’s theme was books and reading…and I did not do much reading. I was sick for a bit and had migraine upon migraine, and also couldn’t seem to focus on anything this month. However, I managed to fit in a couple of reads:

The Remnant Chronicles Books 2 and 3:

The Heart of Betrayal is a bit of a cheat as I only had a couple of chapters left when March began, but I count it by when it’s finished. I did complete the whole of The Beauty of Darkness in March. You can read the reviews here.

I enjoyed this book so much and wish I had read it as a child. It’s a beautiful story and a highly recommended read. Read my full review here.

A case of “fit in a book, any book!” Still, this was such a beautiful read. Filled with exotic words from all around the world and the most gorgeous illustrations, it wasn’t hard falling in love with this book. My only qualm was that there was no pronunciation guide.

Goodreads rating: 5/5 stars

And…that’s it. I’m in the middle of two others at the moment, but again, March just wasn’t conducive to reading.

I did buy quite a few books this month (I think I spent more time buying books than actually reading them!) and meant to feature them in this post, but my internet is having some problems, and I’m not able to save my progress to upload that additional content. I hope to feature some of them in April’s TBR; I’m excited for next month’s reading list!

What did you read in March?
